PAYMENT

Viclara Jewelry & Watches accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment will only be charged when the order has been shipped. All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT.

We do not charge any card fees.

Reservation of funds

If you pay with an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately. The funds remain reserved on your card or account until:

1) we charge the amount when the order is shipped, or
2) the reservation is released according to your agreement with the card issuer.

Please contact your card issuer for further information regarding your specific card terms.

DELIVERY

Viclara Jewelry & Watches strives to dispatch orders placed before 1:00 PM on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following business day.

We deliver to Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland and Finland.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Orders above 120 EUR qualify for free shipping.
Delivery time for in-stock items is normally 2–5 business days.
Orders are shipped with GLS and DPD.

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

NOTE: If there is no space available at the selected parcel shop, your parcel may be redirected to the nearest available pickup point. You will be notified by the shipping carrier.

Deliveries are made on all business days. Certain products may be subject to special delivery conditions. These conditions will be stated prior to purchase.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland, may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty & Complaints

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, the item may be repaired, replaced, refunded or subject to a price reduction.

The right to complain does not apply to faults or damage caused by improper use or handling of the product. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered. If the complaint is justified, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Refunds

Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If bank details are required for the refund, they will only be used for processing the refund.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

We offer a full 30-day return policy on items purchased in our webshop.

The period begins on the day:

  • you receive the order,
  • you receive the final item in physical possession if the order is delivered in multiple shipments,
  • you receive the final batch or final part if the order consists of multiple lots or parts,
  • you receive the first item in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specific period.

Can the return period be extended if the item is a gift?
Yes, it is possible to extend the exchange period to 30 days after the gift has been given. Simply write in the comment field when the gift will be presented.

Return shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

You must notify us no later than 30 days after receiving the item if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. After notifying us, the item must be returned without undue delay. Notification must be sent by e-mail to butik@viclara.dk. Please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot cancel the purchase simply by refusing delivery of the item without clearly notifying us at the same time.

Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Products made according to customer specifications or clearly personalized items.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken after delivery.

Returns for Orders Including Free Products

For orders including free products, such as campaigns like “Buy 4, Pay for 3”, the following conditions apply:

  1. If you wish to return an order including free products, the complete order must be returned for a full refund.
  2. If only part of the order is returned, the value of the free product may be deducted from the refund.
  3. Alternatively, the returned item may be exchanged for another product of equal value.
  4. Free products cannot be returned or exchanged separately and must remain part of the complete order.

Returns

Returns must be sent without undue delay. The customer is responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged. We recommend including a copy of the order confirmation.

You are responsible for the goods from the time of delivery until they have been received by us. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

Certain items cannot be returned by regular mail. This applies, for example, to very large items or larger orders. The cost of returning such items is expected to amount to no more than 30 EUR.

Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you may inspect the item as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. In this case, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the item upon return.

Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the amount paid to us. Any reduction in value for which you are responsible will be deducted from the refund.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs, will be refunded. However, additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from the purchase. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or documentation proving that the item has been returned.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
